Through these plans, Bravo Health serves over 360,000 members in partnership with over 30,000 physicians.
In 2007 our name was changed from "Elder Health" to better reflect the more active and health-conscious lifestyle of today's seniors. Our company remains committed to ensuring that Medicare beneficiaries have access to high-quality, cost effective medical care and we encourage caregivers, family, and friends to participate in the health care decision-making process.
